075 prefix - what network is it?

So I got a call this morning from a +27 (0) 75 0..... number this morning. Was just silent on picking it up. I hadn't seen that number before so did some Googling and not finding anything. It seems 075 is a "protected" range, but can't find anything further. Anyone know what network it is or who uses it?
