Does anyone know if these people even operate on saturdays? Got phone and sim on wednesday and it's still not activated so phone the customer care line, took about 25 min to get through etc, and they said phone this activation line. I've been waiting for 37:06 so far...

Is their strategy to make you wait so long your phone battery will die?
