So I phoned Vodacom to enquire about a long overdue upgrade.
I dialled the number listed on their website 082 1959.
I phoned 4 times. Each time I get accounts, after verifying my details, they then attempt to transfer me to upgrades, where I get unceremoniously cut off/disconnected.
Madness.
