086 xxx numbers as Access Points

I'm on the Mobile 2 package and I notice that my account has two lines / access points, one a 0860 number and the other an 0866 number, in addition to my 083 number.

This is using the MiFi.

What are these 086 xxx numbers?

Too many South African prefix numbers out there now day.

I am curious to know if anyone managed to get an 061 number.
