Shopping centre play area, not public. So would you accept it if a person just come around to a play area at a shopping centre and start taking pictures specifically of your children? I'd throw , not even toys, I'd throw the photographer around

And I'd happily put you down, and keep you down while we wait for the police to arrest you for assault.

If you're in a shopping centre then you are in public. The owners of the centre can decide to prohibit cameras, although they can't really do anything more than ask you to leave. I'm more than happy to lay criminal charges if they overstep their bounds.
