Completed my transition to a new ISP today.

Goodbye Iworst, you are garbage and your employees should head to hell where they belong.

I have never encountered such rubbish as in the last three days.

Lies, deceit, atrocious helldesk insultants, I hope all Iworst rubbish boil in hell, you deserve it.

So who did you finally change to? Just curious.
 
I will not say who I changed to, because Iworst rubbish doesn't deserve to know.

They are out in full force trying to find out where there ex customers have gone to try and get them back and I will not help them. Let them rot.

I am no longer a customer of Iworst, nor will I ever be again.

I can understand 'downtime', it happens, and I can accept that, but what I can not and will not accept is Iworst Helldesk Insultants telling me lies.

Why tell me it is a power failure? Why tell me it is my settings or that my modem is faulty? Why? F@#k you.

I called more than 20 times and every time some Iworst Helldesk Insultant tried to convince me that it is somehow my fault. Shift the blame to the user, make them believe that it is not Iworst's fault. So clever.

After days of outage some Iworst Helldesk Insultant tells me to re-start my pc, because that 'may help'. f@#k you.

I truly hope that every person that works for Iworst dies a horrible death, and that every family member that they have spits on their grave. I curse you all, and I hope you burn in flames for eternity.

That is what you get for telling people lies and shifting the blame to them.
 
I would actually consider being an iWorst customer if they actually had proper prepaid competitive rates available even if it was valid for the month. I don't care paying R20 extra if i can purchase the voucher from clicks or pick n pay
