Now Telkom I have been a good customer this month. Just downloading e-mails, normal browsing, not as active as I usually did in the past, Little downloading and interactive on MyADSL forum. I used exactly 1 GIG in 10 days with only 174M P2P up/dwn usage. So Your whole claim of 1.4 GiG average per month is a lie and must have been based on your dialup accounts and non active ADSL accounts. Therefore the reason why you so quickly retracted the hard capping on Telkom internet, as explained so well by R Dahl, how you moved to the averages model, which proves to be a Fckup anyway!
