1 gig cap?

hey all i have a slight problem.. i have a 1 gig cap.. and once its capped it slows down right?

well with me i need to reconnect a couple of times b4 it works because it gives me iburst helpdesk? when i try access the net it redirects me to some help desk.. anyone help?

Are you on the Play Package? If so you have to buy additional Gigs to continue using the net. If you were on the Pro Package then your speed would be reduced but you would still be able to surf. The reason you are forwarded to the help desk is so you can give iBurst more money for extra Gigs.

That has happened to me before, but it just got fixed by itself.

Maybe try phoning them?
