Purchased a 1 Gig TI account to play around with this month and herewith my observations. The account got capped internationally on 1.2GB - I then had local only at full speed till I reached 10.3GB
At the moment I get max 128KB from my 4MB line, could be that it's configured to throttle after you reached 10GB local or there's a problem on the TI network. This has been my observation since I hit 10GB local about 3 days ago. Please comment if anyone else experienced something different.
