I would like to commend 1-Grid, for not responding to my issues since Friday. Telling people they are available till 12 on sunday, but not answering any emails - or responding to any support requests made online.
Web Africa Deserves a prize for that they doing with this company honestly. It is really making it easy for us to change to other service providers.
Can somebody please find out if it is possible to call somebody - if you have family working for this company, Tell them to check thier support emails.
We are really in need of some type of assistance. If they are failing, please send out a memo to tell use to change service providers.
