Sorr if this has already been asked but if the local mobile providers (MTN,Vodacom & CellC) have to get an "ok" from ICASA when they make a price change on their products, does Telkom or SAIX not have to have their new prices for bandwidth sent to ICASA for approval before they can change them? And if so wouldn't ICASA tell them to F off? Or is bandwidth a different story?

The price of teklom's 2GB and 3GB offering is probably going to remain exactly the same, and that's the loophole.
The selling of ADSL specific bandwidth to other ISP's was a "temp" arrangement, and now the "real" arrangement is being put into place, so ICASA has no say yet as it's a new product offering.
In short - teklom says - skrew u.
