1 Sept - 08H00 - Telkom Internet Call Centre Computers Down

After waiting on the line for 36 minutes, I get told that their computers are down.
On the 1st of the month.
The day where they force you to call to buy your data packages because they expire your packages at the end of the month.
*sigh*

Suddenly I remember with vivid clarity what made Telkom such a rubbish service provider.

They could have updated their on-hold messaging system to tell me that.

So, now I'm trying to get them to call me back when their "computers are up". A mission impossible!

They've actually been down since yesterday.
I wanted to upgrade from Do1 to Do2 and was told their internet's down and that I should phone first thing this morning. That, I did, and again now, with nothing to show for it.
It's very annoying
