I just stumbled across this thread and can see that a quite a few of you have concerns surrounding Virgin Mobile. A sales man lied to me about a topup135s contract at a vodashop, I wanted to migrate from topup135s to a topup315s, he said I must take another topup135s rather and I could transfer the airtime across monthly and then I get another free phone. It didn't work, he was just looking for the commission of another contract.

I complained to the people above him, the contract was cancelled, debits reversed, salesman fired and I got the option of buying my week old SE w800 contract phone for R1800 (R3000 new) or returning it.

virgin got the n8 for bout 320 per month.

What doeS THIS got to do with Virgin? VODAshop sells VODAcom not Virgin Mobile
