I just tried to log an Adsl fault and never got to speak to anyone. The entire process id automated. Got an sms back afterwards saying they would get back to me in the next Two days. :mad:
 
Two days? Hopefully it isn't the sot of two days Cell C promises, else you may as well forget a response.

But yes, it just doesn't feel right without discussing your problem with an operator. And how do you know you have diagnosed the problem correctly. Or do they automatically do that for you?
 
Gave me a choice of three: no connection, intermittent connection, and.... I forgot the last one.

The thing is, I know a port reset sorts it out for a couple of weeks. How do I get them to just do that?

Go to the adsl faults section, spam 8 on the keypad and you'll get put through to a human.
