Noticed no debit order this month, thought I'd go along to their site, and it's down.

Just weird that debit orders haven't even run. Doesn't give much confidence in what they're doing, and no communication.

I was unable to sign in yesterday but was able this morning. They added the savings pot stuff but still no debit order.

I have - whats that got to do with platforms being down? Its literally a professional environment and should be planeed for accordingly. I mean - imagine not being capable of running debit orders.

I have accounts with multiple providers (around 6) - Allan Gray and Syngia are the only two who have communicated around the two pot system - with Allan Gray being the most detailed.

Nothing from 10x, NinetyOne, Investec, Coronation, etc.

Weirdly enough, I logged on to 10x today - and I see they've allocated the funds from the not deducted debit order
