*111# not working

hi everybody

yesterday I got my new phone its a galaxy s3. so far I'm using a prepaid SIM card in it. the problem is that I want to buy a data bundle and when I dial *111# it says sorry try again later. could this be a SIM problem or phone problem if I put *100# it works and shows me my available balance its only *111# that isn't working.
 
With a new sim card the *111# menu can take 24h to activate. You can logg a call with 082111, sometimes it is a problem that IT needs to fix.
 
You where right, it started just working just over 24 hour of activating the sim card, Thanks!
