111 or 114?

OT:Vodacom customer care

Can anyone connect to the vodacom 111 or 114 numbers , without getting disconnected?
 
I was having trouble since the national collapse of the Vodacom Network last week. (I am calling it national because it was national, and I dont know many people that werent affected, I know Vodacom said its a small amount of subscribers) Today I called them, took me 6 times before it actually accepted my call. First 3 times it just disconnected me instantly, then it accepted my call but disconnected me 5 seconds into the call, twice.

I got through a while later.
 
yeah its ok now... was a problem earlier today
