These are modern PC times. After the word 'actress' was changed to 'female actor' , during the international witches convention of 2006 was forced to change 'warlock' to 'male witch' as the warlocks started whining about discrimination and lower pay.
Apparently witches (the female ones) were getting all jobs thanks to that witch JK Rawlings darned books increasing the rep of term witch. The warlocks were not even getting any Google searches.
