Is it possible to do a SIM swap from a 128k SIM to a 32k SIM?

The SIM in question is the one which came with the E1820 (5Gb data monthly).

Half correct. The 128K SIMs have more memory, but for programs stored on the SIM, not for more phone book entries. I know MTN's 128K SIMs are actually USIMs, not sure about Cell-C's.

MTN made a big deal about USIMs when they launched them a couple of years ago, see here.
