128k Uncapped subscription error

Hi,

I have signed up for 128k uncapped by mistake >.< I was merely looking for more information on the service, but didnt get the page i was expecting when i was already logged in. And so, I have made an error. I want this to be cancelled ASAP. How do i go about ensuring that this is done?

Log a ticket with the service desk or PM iBurst.

i called accounts this morning, and the accounts person i spoke to said he had put a request in for this to be deactivated. Hopefully thats all I need to do?
