12V to 24V DC-DC Boost converter/regulator

I'm looking for a DC-DC step-up converter that can take a 12-18V input and produce a 24V output. 60W capacity would do.

Something along the lines of the following:

72W more expensive than the 240W there on Gearbest, but I don't need 240W.

Looking to see if there's something available locally.

Any idea who might have something like this locally?

Sorry for posting in the PC Hardware and Gadgets section, but I thought it might fit in being electronic and looking to use for computer-y stuffs.
 
48W will do. Currently only need max 30W, but want to add some more devices later (if I don't burn the house down by then).

Just not sure how that 4A rating works. Nothing is said about output, but just max 3A input.

It's for a few PoE devices (2 Routerboards and a Ubiquiti AP. Currently their max rated power consumption ratings come in at 30W.

The idea is to back them up with battery (12V) and a 15-18V power adapter/PSU and a simple failover circuit, bringing that up to 24V for the passive PoE into a small PoE injector hub. Yes, I know, I can just get a offline UPS and plug it all in there, but that DC-AC-DC conversion through an inverter doesn't seem efficient to me.
