15" Digital Photo Frame - Recommend pls

Hi Guys

I want to buy a digital photo frame, 14 or 15 inch. HD preferably. This is the first one I am buying so not sure about make and quality. Willing to go up to R 1500 and want a really good one.

Not able to find many at our stores in SA although there are tons on the net. Are there any recommendations? Anyone know where I could get one?

So far I found the Sinotec at Makro is 14 inch and 1024X768 resolution...

Is the actual screen 14" or does that include the frame?

I'd look for something USB powered...people tend to use it as a desk companion at their work spot as far as I can tell.
