Called 155 for the first time today in a while. It took 2 minutes and 9 seconds of junk I HAD to listen to before I could work my way through the options and get through to the Blackberry Desk.
This is NOT support, a support line should be quick simple options, I could care LESS about your listing on the JSE and all the rest of the nonsense I had to listen to. It's really unnecessary. The consultant I spoke to wholeheartedly agreed with me too.
So .... Vodacom ..... can you turn your support line into a support line and NOT an advertising medium ??? Is that too much to ask ???
