168pin SDRAM needed

Hi,

I'm in search of some 168pin SDRAM and was just wondering if anyone here may have some old bits (or know someone with some old bits) laying around gathering dust that they would not mind parting with, preferably 256 or 512.

hmmm, will have to go look. Doubt that their'll be 512Mb, but maybe some 128mb's.

Yip, those would appear to be the very thing but I was under the impression they were no longer available new... maybe that is why they are so expensive. I was hoping to pick up some seconds a bit cheap. All I want to do is give a little boost to an old P3 I have here that I've given to my young son to play/learn on.
