Care to share what the issue was and how it was resolved? That way Google can send people here to get an answer if they're experiencing similar issues

the issue was misdiagnosed as a result of a very very over eager spam filter. it was backed up by technicians who manage said filter but in actual fact do not have a clue and as a result made statements which were untrue.

The main reason for this thread was to get a nice simple set but the blocks of our own IPs turned out to be enough
