The tower numbers in UTTraceStar are horribly outdated. Many of the numbers were reassigned over a year ago and UTTraceStar was never updated. Northcliff - for eg - was decommisioned a long time ago... tower 2 is somewhere else. :rolleyes:

It sounds like you have a genuine problem though. Has an iBurst techie been out to investigate? Maybe follow up with Shaun but don't shout at him... he's a nice guy and he really wants to help :)
