After waiting on the payment confirmation page for around an hour - staring at a "one moment please" screen - I got some sort of error. It then automatically rescinded the tickets that I'd been trying to pay for.

The Big Concerts website and ticket booking system is a joke. I should have gone through Computicket.

Just be ready with all your ccard details - in fact I would type them all into a text doc so you can just copy and paste them in when the time comes - they only give you 2 minutes to complete the transaction!

Computicket is about the same in suckiness. There must be a better way to sell tickets than this...

LOL. guess if you werent waiting since before 8. About half past 8 they opened the waiting room and you could enter CC details and such and prepare and then at 9 select the type of ticket and buy them.
