1GB data=5c vs 500 mb data =5s

With smart100 from telkom I can get the iphone 5c with 1GB data, but withn my price range is the smart50 with the 5s but with 500mb and I can't afford the smart100 with the 5s, is the iphone 5s worth having less data then having 5c? Is it? Coming from a BB with having unlimited (BIS) data I have no idea how much my data costs, with iphone I will be using bbm, instagram, twitter and facebook etc. With the occasional game download, will the 500mb be enough? And I'm a heavy user of bbm, like whole day whole night, the other social media won't be so much as Bbm maybe about few mins a day, I don't have wifi at home at all, is the 5s worth having less data or take the 5c with more? And is the 5c future proof? I know they say the 5s is because of its 64 bit chip

Unfortunately 500mb isn't enough data even if all you do is text on BBM, because apps will update and so on.

The 5c's internals are about 2 years old now, but it still runs the latest iOS very well. If you plan on upgrading at the end of your 2 year contract it isn't a bad bet.
