1GB for 7 Days a scam.

MTN has a special on for customers on the 10-10gb per month contract. When you run out, you are able to buy a Gig for 7 days. I purchased one on 20th Oct and used it sporadically over the next 2 days. I always switch the router off when not in use. By the 24th the full GB had been depleted. I did not view videos, or spend excessive time surfing. I'm sure this GB is accelerated in some way. On the same day I loaded 1.5 GB via Virgin, on my mobile. To date I have used only 350 mb. How is this possible? Are they again stealing data. Please investigate. Thanks.

I am using android marshmallow, this has a data usage monitoring app, it also tells you what application on the phone has used how much data.
What phone are u using ??

Unlikely.

I bet you had some updates run or something else you just forgot about.

It’s more work for companies to build special tricks like you claim into the mixture than simply just giving you the data.
