Hello,

I have a Pre Paid Unshaped Account from WebAfrica and a 4mb ADSL line from Telkom,

I would just like to know if anyone has a similar set-up and is running to wow account at the same time on 2 diff pc’s.

You see I don’t want to waste money in buying a second pc just to find out that wow is totally un playable with 2 connections.

Thanks in advance for any feedback or suggestions.

I play on 2 PCs all the time. It works, but it does lag a little bit. I mainly use 2 pcs to run my alts through the lower lvl dungeons.

I have a normal shaped 512k internet, so you have no problems at all.

Will work 100%

Create a LAN, share the connection and bam ....

Jase does it all the time aslo.. just check with him, easiest way is a router

I play two accounts on a 384 DSL line. Bizarrely sometimes the one PC will lag badly and the other will trundle along happily.
But most of the time it seems to work well.

Wow,

Thanks for all the responses guys, I am enticed now to get my second pc up and running .

Thanks again and when I finally have everything up and running I will report back.

I play 3 accounts on 3 different pc's (two wireless one cable) at the same time on a 4mb line with little increase in lag - outside the sucky standard lag.

Current setup:

2 pc's
2 WoW accounts
3g
Router

1 pc running wow - 500 - 900ms latency
2 pc's running wow - 500 - 900ms latency

If my son's ping is lower than mine - accidently knock the power on the router ... (j/k incase someone wants to report me to childline!)

just dont try and log on to the same account from 2 different PC's. They'll ban you
