Probably. But right before I became as such I knew Telkom's processes down to a T. If one was able to stomach the 5-10 calls it took to the Helkom call centre, one could almost solve any issue.

5-10 calls is considered better service? If it's a line down a technician needs to come out.

Openserve do seem to have the edge in most situations these days with repairs.

But at the same time if there was no Vumatel there would probably not be any fibre, and we would still be paying ridiculous IPC fees.

Openserve has had the monopoly for decades so they should be good at what they do.
