2 Gig ADSL Uncapped

It has been rumoured (by Telkom ADSL support) that Telkom are experiencing difficulty in capping their 2gb unshaped subscriber accounts, to the point of one user downloading a cool 37gb over last months billing period.
Is it a marketing ploy, or was it a leak

Must be honest I thaught marketing as well , then i started wondering, do the 9-5 ers behind the terminals really give a rats ass about selling Telkom products ?

1. Yes, actually they do "give a rats ass"- bcos they get paid commission for every service they sell you.
2. Even if they weren't getting paid commission (which they are), it would appear on their monitor as part of the standard script used during your call.
