great south panelbeaters, slow but pretty good...don't have the contact details anymore though

Well wizdumb I just wanna say I took your advice and used great south panelbeaters and quite frankly awful - overcharged and complete rip off................they did a disgusting job too - My golf 5 now looks like absolute turd...... cheers...................(knob)
Dude, there are loads of Panelbeaters in and around CPT, especially in the Southern Suburbs. I have a friend who owns a big Panel Shop in Seapoint but I won't recommend him as they mostly do Insurance jobs and over quote, especially private jobs.
The best thing to do it to actually go to the panel shop, get the quote and while they doing the quote have a quick look @ the workshop floor and see what their safety standards are like, neatness, and a quick way of checking is to see the type of cars that they have done or are working on. You should see some completed work parked outside.
