2 Lines, Different performance

Hi guys, I recently got a second ADSL line installed at my house.

The line syncs at its full speed but there's one problem - it doesn't perform very well. I can't even get a Youtube video to buffer properly at 240p O.O but the other line downloads properly and it performs very well. My question to you guys is:

What could be the problem here?

Just realized how much information I left out, sorry about that.

I am using Crystal web as my ISP, both different accounts obviously

Post line stats of both lines please.

Have your line reset and get a new port at the exchange. If that doesn't work, then there is something physically wrong with the line. Make sure there are no loose wires in the grey box, replace the POTS filter (try the modem without the POTS filter -- straight into the grey box -- first), and try a different router.
