Not at all, telkom cleared all issues on their side, sent out a technician to make sure all is good. On any other isp i have normal speeds and 0 packet loss so mweb have owned up to it being an account issue but how long do i have to struggle until they decide that its time for a new account. This is also happening on two accounts, at home and the office, at this point all i want is a working internet connection.

haha all i need is an account replacement but mweb does not want to do that it seems, on the other hand im waiting for fibre to be available here on the "south coast"

Just want to say that WiFi is notorious for packet loss. If and when you run tests, do so from your LAN connection.

only other thing i can think is that your line is bad.

get a free 1gb account from afrihost and test.

then try the is it my line tool - its somewhere on this forum.

I have done that, and it is a mweb account issue but they do not want to give me a new account
