2 week holiday overseas. Where?

Prague:

Great sights, beer and food. Awesome nightlife with hottest women on the planet. Easy access/travel to rest of Europe by train.

We rented an apartment just off Namesti Republiky for nearly 2 months. But then again this was in 1994 when Prague was still dirt cheap especially when travelling with pockets full of GBP. So it may be quite more expensive now, but still a cool place.

The Czech Republic is a fascinating place to visit.

I spent 6 weeks in České Budějovice (this is where the Budweiser beer originates from - tragically though, I am not a beer drinker). Lovely city with good public transport.

Prague is stunning. The old part of the city is beyond gorgeous and often used as a film location because it resembles London in the 1800s.

Where's Lancelot when you need him?

If you're going Czech Republic then be sure to check out the bone church just out of town. It is very cool and the trip gives you a better idea of the country outside of Prague...

And to recuperate from all the partying, make sure you visit Karlovy Vary, the spa town.

Mykonos if you want party 24/7. It's insane!

I like the Prague idea for myself - 2 couples looking for something next year Sep. Or perhaps Croatia. We've done most of Western Europe.

Argentina - it's a huge country with very diverse regional cultures.

We spent 12 days there in 2011 and that wasn't nearly enough.

You can do 3-4 days in each region:

. Buenos Aires & surroundings
. Iguazu Falls
. Bariloche/Mendoza (wine regions)
. El Calafate (glaciers)
.

To those talking about the hot women in Prague, prepare to pay a fortune for them...:D

You know, I've also been to Prague, but I would seriously not mind visiting again. Maybe I can get a cheap connecting flight to Moscow, that would be perfect...
