4 August - placed order to upgrade my DSL192 line to DSL384 ;)
Every single day since then - phoned to find out status of upgrade :( :mad:
24 August - line upgraded :D
 
Telkom service level in one equation: Otime + (Speed of light * distance to mars) = Atime
