20 Gb Local cap

How do i use my 20 gb local cap for downloads (series,movies,games,apps).I have heard about certain sites or ways but cant get them to work. Please help.
Ps. I know its a noob question but i am wasting cap by not using it.:o

Usenet...hurry to www.nzbsa.co.za whilst it's still open for signup. there you'll find the .nzb files for the newsreader
a how to use Usenet has been posted sevral times, search these forums, if you get stuck; dont hesitate to speak up -someone will help

Local Torrent site....

IS's FTP site....

If you need the address's Google.... If you only have local, use Aardvark....
