2004 Audi A3

I Have a Audi A3 2.0 FSI Sportback it was overheated and the Coolant Flange sprung a leak

1K0122291C now when i went to audi Gave them the VIN Number. that is the part they gave however i am not sure it's for this car since i cannot find the hose that connects to the smaller part of the flange Can someone with the same model check if the Car has the same part it the upper flange btw the bottom flange does not have the extra hose.

Anybody with the same car or know of someone with one need advice thanks Google not much help.
