2005 Honda Civic Hatch

My sister offered me her 2005 Honda Civic 150i for R55k.
Its just done 130k and it has been in no accidents (i lie, its been in 1 fender bender) and has full service history.
CD player, Aircon, electric windows.

Just want to know if its worth it or not?
Seems like a good deal to me.
