manU - portsmouth today. Gong to be a tough one. Chelsea rejected Spurs' request to postpone game by a day due to UEFA game. They refused...what a bunch of losers. Taking opportunity to rout Spurs whilst they're down.
 
not a fan of chelsea but you cant just chop and change your game schedule thats determined by fifa before the season just because you feel like it

they should have taken this into account and scheduled accordingly when they' recieved their schedule before the season started

chelsea arent the losers in this situation..

They say that after a UEFA game, it's usually the case that a team requests for a postponement of a day to allow the players to rest. Usually these requests but Chelsea rejected it this time. They say they need to prepare for the Valencia game. At the start of the season, no one can foresee if Spurs was going to make it to the next round so they allow for requests like these.

It's ok. Spurs will want to revenge their FA Cup defeat - Hope this is the case.:)

Portsmouth 2-1 United.

Three reasons- Carrick, Richardson, Fletcher.

And Rio and van der Sar didn't help.
 
Sigh...Don't know wtf SAF was thinking. Playing Fletcher and Richardson. Things aren't looking so rosy anymore. United are short of players at a very crucial time in the season. Fletcher should have a career ending injury..he sucks so bad and really makes the team worse...

Well we were only 1-0 down playing with 8 men ( Carrick, fletcher and Richardson really don't count towards the team, but rather against).

And we had enough chances to win it once they had departed the field, as for what vd Sar and rio were thinking- I do not know.
 
Manure's lack of depth was going to catch up with them some time. I was amazed at how much they got out of their "key" players especially considering how old some of them are.

Yes, I said this at a very early stage of the season. Even though United were picking up points I could see a worrying deficieny when the going got tough, so few good options on the bench, unlike Chelsea. But in my heart I wish for a United league victory though. :)
