Arsenal will not be on top for much longer, unless United really mess up. Pity, cause I am a Chelsea supporter, and prefer a London club but hey...

People were saying 'not for much longer' since the first game week..lol
People were also saying Arsenal wouldnt finish in the top 6 before the season started (you can search earlier posts in this thread for quotes) ;)
 
Turnover != Profit. Any monkey knows that... except a Man United fanbooi reporter lol.

Lets look at the expenditure for the year... umm...
How much did Man United spend on players and how much did Arsenal spend?

Ask yourself one question, if you make a killer of a salary, would you buy a second hand toyota or live in a banged up flat. No, you will go out and spend your money, not so?

Arsenal claimed to be the richest English club, they're not - as simple as that.
 
brad when your a massive club like united you need to buy super stars

its quite simple as to why

united dont only make money on the pitch, they make money off the pitch

okes like rooney ronaldo etc makes millions for united

buying big names is not all about soccer, look at beckham do you think that american club bought him to improve their league position?
 
But you don't see the point - United have had their uber stadium for how long? Arsenal have had to make do and spend wisely with the new stadium costs... and STILL they manage to pip United in profit...
I believe Arsenal was the only of the top clubs to make profit last year!
Again... money that is tied up in debt means very little!

I just saw that, now im so so fsckin pissed my team gave avram "th3 Idi0t" grant an extention, big sam would so have been cooler - but first choice is def the special one...

grant hasnt done anything wrong as yet... dont know why you call him an idiot?

edit: hes also allowed your players to actually play their game..
