well i dont think it was a dive, he made a meal of it but it was still a penalty

even the commentator said it was a bad tackle

i've seen the replays, remember one thing the ref watches the game in real time not in super slowmo

in real time he was taken out on the reply it looks as if he made a meal of it

Looked like a dive to me and realtime as well. But whatever, Chelsea never looked like scoring anyway. 1-0, 2-0 doesn't really make that much difference.

TERRY FACES BAN FOR GRABBING RED CARD

England and Chelski skipper John Terry faces a ban for attempting to grab the red card out of the hand of referee Mike Dean during Sunday's controversial match at Old Trafford.

Although Dean refused to take any action against Terry at the time, The Daily Mail claims that he 'has included the actions of Terry - as well as a number of other Chelsea players and staff - in the report he has sent to Soho Square.

'At least four Chelsea players crowded around Dean when he decided to dismiss Mikel for a two-footed tackle and the club will almost certainly be charged with failing to control their players.'

However, it is Terry who is most in danger of receiving retrospective punishment. The Mail suggest that, 'If found guilty, the FA will again have to take a hard line against the captain of the national team.'

The newspaper also claims that assistant manager Steve Clarke is in hot water after 'confronting Dean in the tunnel at half time, while Chelsea officials may also be drawn into the controversy after joining Clarke in expressing their displeasure.'

Chelsea going off the rails?

Ya. 5th 1-0 win in a row. Not exactly setting the world alight with exciting football and yet we are still only 2 points off the top...And we haven't played Derby yet :D
6 in a row :)
1-0 against Birmingham City
2nd on the prem table :D

Chelsea going off the rails?
After their display today against neighbours Fulham, certainly looks like it!

Good times. United still playing some really poor footy in parts but coming up with the results :)

The Portsmouth game was madness. 7-4 indeed! What kind of a score is that?! :)

Chelsea look out of it at this stage....Arsenal looking like the most likely contenders to challenge United, with Liverpool somewhere there as well- though they will soon start playing in Europe which means not playing in England :)

Yeah, quality of play isn't their best, but as long as they keep the points ticking over :)

7-4 was insane, poor Reading, score 4 goals and you end up losing by 3!!

Agreed, Pool will go for Europe glory and forget about the Prem:) Would be sweet if Man U do the treble, I think they're due :D

Arsenal are playing well, can't deny that, weird, they lose Henry and they playing well, Chelski lose "The Special One" and they kinda gone off the rails!

Yeah Utd must pick up their game for Euro, but I think they'll manage to retain the title.

And:

New Premiership record for most goals in a game. (The highest margin is still Utd 9-0 against Ipswich just to remind those who might have forgotten;))

OK, so they just off the rails :)

yup they went off the rails long before the big headed idiot one left

if anything they will do alot better once the fans get behind them, funny how you didnt see united fans booing united when they had a bad start to the season, u dont see arsenal fans booing their team when they where fighting for 5th place

yet chelsea have a slump and their fans turn on them, what a bunch loosers

Yeah - fans don't seem to remain loyal. The team must have 'real' history behind them.
Utd - Munich & 90's & (pending 2000s? ;)) era
Liverpool - 70s & 80s era
Newcastle - for not winning anything for a long time? (maybe someone can explain this one)
Arsenal - skip
