Only Rafa would restrict Gerrard and the team to play defensive spoiling 'football' against Derby :rolleyes:. Kuyt and Veronin are just pathetic :o

Newcastle in fact lost. :eek: First a 2-2 draw with bottom place Derby, now a 1-0 loss to 19th place Wigan.

The Chelsea-Villa game was a real good ad for the PL, a very good game, although the last penalty did not seem to be 1, it seemed to hit Cole's chest, but hey, a great game nevertheless!!!

Good to see Ballack causing havoc!!!

*cough* better than the villa red card and penalty, but I guess it evened the odds - considering villa played a player less for so much of the game, they won in my books.
 
better question, how many times did he dive whilst playing for united?

Yeah, Ballack would have earned a bronze medal in the olympics for that dive... I was the moer in , switched of the TV, only start watching in the 83rd minute at 3 all, could not believe it. Then that other guy scored, want to kick the TV of the shelve. Luckily I did not...

Cole headed the ball downwards but only got hold of part of it causing it to end up on his arm... if the penalty and red card is questionable so much so for the one earned by Ballack...
Why was the Italian red carded?
