man city will slip down the log i think, villa need to get some decent players so oneill can do his thing

considering his squad they doing well though

chelsea though are amazing, going like a train with half their squad
i fear when they get their full team

DROGBA NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

funny thing is i have a feeling united are going out

i just a sneaky feeling that spurs will knock em out

ramos is the cup king
Ramos is cup king ? Maybe in Spain but this is England, they are worlds apart in every aspect, so your statement is premature.

even if united go out today it wont be a 5-1 drubbing
who cares if its 5-1 or 1-0, win is a win. BUT i dont see an experienced and motivated United team losing, this time of the year they dont just throw games away, especially the FA Cup
personally i believe we are going to see spurs take over from liverpool as the fourth best team in england
ya right ! Spurs dont half half the bank account Fools have & Berbatov wants to leave. He is not easily replaceable so i dont see them anywhere close to competing with Liverpool.
this ramos needs to get his defence sorted because his attack is awesome, they just leak to many, plug that hole and you got a great team
once again, Berbatov will be leaving AND Keane's days are numbered,so no more awesome attack.

berbatov is staying for the moment firstly

secondly spain cups work in the same fashion as english cups, teams play each other
im not sure if you think spain and english cups work differently but they dont

so far spurs are in one cup final in his first season, considering how poor they have been i think that proves that he is a cup king

if you dont know the different between 1-0 and 5-1 you need to go back to the cricket thread and support your cheaters :)

keane's day are not over and berbatov wont loose if he can see tot doing something great

liverpool may have a big bank account but as you can see it aint helping them now is it

money is not everything in football as liverpool are proving

hmmm .... lets see, Spurs win 5-1 in CARLING CUP AT HOME over a
2nd string Arsenal squad. wow what brains you got ...

This is FA Cup, where Spurs are not known to get too far. They travel to OT so United already have the big advantage. Again you show that you think what your left nut.

You say that Spurs are going to take over Liverpool for 4th best, and then you say Keane's days are not over. Now you talk with your a$$ cos a) Keane wont last long at the level he plays and b) Berbatov wont regard reaching Carling Cup finals (which they wont win obviously ) as an achievement. So he will move on. He said it himself , but looks like you are more convincing. So now you think with your right nut.

All cups work the same but everything is different. But you know much more cos you are unique and communicate alot with all your holes.

BTW Aussies are still the best in the world ! :D

yea maybe but we will see what spurs have to offer in a couple hours and the rest oft he season :)

the i will make you eat my left and right nut without sauce YUMMY

yup they are best at cheating :)
i cant think of another team who will cheat to win

anyways lets stick to footie

Arsenal: Fabianski, Sagna, Justin Hoyte, Gallas, Traore, Hleb,
Denilson, Silva, Diaby, Walcott, Bendtner.Subs: Mannone,
Fabregas, Eduardo, Flamini, Adebayor.

explain to me where arsenal had a second string team

explain to me where arsenal had a second string team

Traore, Hoyte, Fabianski, Denilson, Silva (hardly played a game this season) Bendtner and Diaby (2nd choice to Rosicky) are all second choice players atm

Truth is, Wenger experimented in an unimportant cup.. Hoyte is a 2nd choice RB, he played CB

but still, some of the first teamers didnt seem up for it, Gallas had a really bad game for a change, as did Cesc.. Even with the make shift defence there isnt really an excuse for 5 goals

yea nivek im not worried about them loosing 5-1, it happens

im just saying that even though some players dont play everygame its hardly a second string team

i also think its the start of a new spurs revolution

also catch u say spurs have never done well in cups, you know they have a new manager who wins cups all the time but cannot manage the league titles

im predicting 3-2 spurs today, maybe im hoping because we need a 4th team who can keep up up with the top 3

no doubt spurs cannot do it now but they can start for the following season

man united where lucky because not one goal was scored by united's good play

it was all spurs who let united win

i thought spurs did well first half until dawson's stupid header, then they barely keeping united at bay and again dawson threw his teams chances away

also if tot had converted just one of jenas's chances it could have turned out better

not an encouraging win for united, ronaldo was not on form, rooney was angry tevez was just amazing as usual

but yea a win is a win eh

i also dont like that ferguson said they are going to do the trebble, now it wont happen

Sir Alex tells Ronaldo: Get 13 more League goals and I'll give you a big pay rise

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/pages/li...all.html?in_article_id=511018&in_page_id=1779

Sir Alex Ferguson has promised Cristiano Ronaldo a pay rise if the Manchester United winger can fire 13 more Premier League goals - giving him 30 for the season.

Ronaldo continued his remarkable goalscoring run with two in United's 3-1 fourth-round FA Cup tie against Tottenham on Sunday, to take his tally for the season to 25 in 27 games.

He now has 17 goals in the Premier League, five in the Champions League and three in the FA Cup.

Although Ferguson believes it is unlikely his Portuguese attacker will hit the 30-goal mark in the Premier League this season, he has promised the £110,000-a-week star even more money if he reaches the milestone.

Fergie's men have 15 games left in the Premier League this season and Ronaldo is aiming to become the first United player to score 30 top-flight goals in a season since Denis Law in 1963-64.

"With Ronaldo having scored 25 goals already there is the potential for him to score 30 this season, without question," said Fergie. "I'm not sure that he is capable of scoring 30 league goals, though. I think that is a different matter entirely.

"It is a big ask, but if he does manage it, I'll pay him more money.

"I had a bet with him last season over how many goals he'd get and I lost, so there was no bet this between us this time around. I'm making sure I keep my money.

"When this season started, people were asking whether Ronaldo could get 23 goals like he managed last season. I said 'Why not?' because the boy is such an exceptional talent."

not really geek

remember under sam newcastle held arsenal to 1-1 draw

under keegan they have conceded 6 goals in 2 games

keegan does not realise he has just walked into one of the worst prem league clubs and if something does not come right they could be fighting relegation

Newcastle v Middlesbrough St James' Park English Premier League
Sat. 9 12:45 UK Aston Villa v Newcastle Villa Park English Premier League
Sat. 23 17:15 UK Newcastle v Man Utd St James' Park English Premier League
Mar. '08 TIME HOME AWAY VENUE COMPETITION
Sat. 1 15:00 UK Newcastle v Blackburn St James' Park English Premier League
Sat. 8 15:00 UK Liverpool v Newcastle

not easy games coming up for them
brough could easily beat them
aston villa will beat them
united will thrash them again
blackburn is never easy
more than likely lose to liverpool

7 points off the drop zone, from those 5 games i can see maybe 1-3 points

but we will see

if they do happen to get into trouble their last 2 games are everton and chelsea

They played a lot better than they did in their 6-0 loss to Man United. :D

Yeah, they don't have many "easy" fixtures ahead. It will be interesting to see where they end up at the end of the season.

i dont think newcastle know how to score most side's wont concede against them

geek u cannot say they played better considering its a different game, maybe arsenal did not play as well as united

as far as i can tell nothing has changed at newcastle since the united game

but i guess arsenal have beaten newcastle 6-0, only thats over 2 games :)

nope did they play better than the last game? or was it the same case of play well concede 1 and the flood gates open?
