cramp is something that will affect one guy and not the next, its a totally random thing and i doubt it has anything to do with fitness
Yeah - worst cramp I ever had was playing my first match in Durban after playing most of my season in the UK - adjusting to the heat is one thing, but add that plastic (and usually dark) helmet into the mix and the heat becomes a killer

Yay SL won, not convincingly but never the less!:D
NZ just a good side that often gets a win, they were never the winners of this competition!!:)

We'll see how they do tomorow against SA.

:D A nice hiding before we play them.. that will mean twice now their battng has not been as good as they thought it was. Plus this is the 1st of last 3 games vs SL, SA & AUS.. so if they loose all three they might be in 4th place..

NZ have been flattered up to this point in the competition, the only strongish team that they'd played before SL was England. They still have to face both us and Aus - both matches they could quite easily lose.

We don't have any "match winners" on the bowling front right now. Someone needs to put up their hand. I would like to see Langeveld in for Ntini.

Agreed. Our best bowlers (at this stage) are surely Langeveldt and Nel.

Wrong again! I think Ntini and Polly will do well on the Grenada pitches.

Time will tell. Tho Polly and Ntini need to do alot better than what they have to get back on track. Other teams have targeted them both to good effect. If they can manage a counter attack for their own we'll be sitting pretty.

Well, after the kiwis' defeat last night, they're not the 'invincible' team anymore.

I think we're gonna kick their asses tomorrow. :)

I think its convincing enough.. the last power play was not taken and that would add arguably 50-90runs as its in the last 5 overs. Add that to their score and u see what they really were at. Still they played a cautious innings.

SA always looses on Saturdays, hehe but thats just my analogy.

No, don't say that - you'll curse the Proteas!!

Well they lost all 3 on Saturdays, but im just saying...:p

SA have 2 "hard" games to play, SL have Aus and Ire, Eng have SA and Windies.
Some good games to come!

Well Oz playing today in pretty much a meaningless match unless they lose of course.. lol, which i hope dont happen.

Go Aussies Go......

Well, all the rest of us can hope for some kind of Friday the thirteenth disaster to hit Australia.

Sorry, Boodles. Even if it is better for us from a final standings point of view if Australia win, I just can't quite manage to support them. And, ag shame, they're playing the minnows, so...

Go Ireland Go!!

Ouch. I think the Irish will be slaughtered by the Aussies....

Wonder if Hayden & Gilcrest will give the others a chance to bat? And after Gilcrest is out, in comes Mr Ponting. Ouch.

The Irish will need more than their famous luck...
