I need some help urgently. My fiance drives a 2007 Fiesta 1.4. She had to replace her water pump, thermostat and water bottle last week Thursday. Went to Fury Midrand. Pathetic service once again!!!! On Saturday the car leaked almost all the oil out of the tappet cover. Now, I need to know if Fury had to open the tappet cover to do the timing after the water pump was installed? If so, then I will make sure these fools get their day!! There was also a small pool of oil in the garage where the car was parked since the part replacements (1 day prior to leaving on trip to Klerksdorp from Jozi). It's service like this that will push me away from never buying a Ford!! The car's engine could have seezed, then they would deny ever doing anything...
Really not impressed with Fury Midrand's service, and this is the 3rd time she has been there and always have problems!!
