2010 World Cup Stadium's

Who owns the new and old stadiums being used for the world cup? I need to get in contact with the stadium management for possible advertising. How do I do this?Do I speak to Fifa or government or some stadium committe?

Any help appreciated.

The short answer is that only 2010 sponsors will be allowed to advertise at the stadia.
