Hi Everyone

Lets get some commentary and views going for the RWC 2015...

I am keen but have some serious reservation about the SA team. I think Frans Steyn is a valuable tool. He did so well in the last world cup. Would we have won the game if it was not for his longgg kick?

We're in for a chance I think.

Steyn might still play, there was an article about him by Meyer not too long ago. He wants Steyn and says Steyn's Issue is with SARU not him (Meyer). However, that being put aside, we have a strong team. If Meyer chooses the right ON FORM players and not his experienced team. We can crack it.

I'm going to try my utmost best to watch the France vs Ireland in Cardiff. But we'll see how it pans out. I think that is going to be a cracker of a game. I agree with Orbital, Ireland will be a strong contender.
 
Dammit, getting my hopes up twice in one year is not good for my blood pressure. Looking at you proteas :whistle:
 
If you look at the fixtures, it's actually in our favour if we had to finish 2nd in our pool. This will then mean that the quarter final is against England/Australia, the semi final against Argentina and then the final against New Zealand.

Alternatively, if we finish first in the pool, we meet New Zealand in the Semi's.

Or is there another RWC 2015 thread going on somewhere?
It's almost that time.... :)
