2021's biggest space flight triumphs

If I was a billionaire, I would explore our oceans, build and experiment with underwater cities. Maybe even build Rapture......... and maybe build SeaQuest. Start my own underwater country and be president of said country.

Branson's and Bizos' hops trump all the above? Where are the priorities?
